Each and every ingredient plays acts as an individual aspect for the formation of the end result.

Rachel Allen

Rachel Allen was brought up in Dublin and left home at the age of eighteen to study at the world famous Ballymaloe Cookery School. She is now a celebrity chef, renowned author and journalist and a mother and still teaches at Ballymaloe. Rachel is also a Columnist and Contributor to a number of Irish Publications.

       Rachel is the author of the four best-selling cookery books which includes Rachel’s favorite food at home and Rachel’s food for living. Her influence is both regional and global.

 

Duff Goldman

Duff Goldman born in Detroit, United States is an eminent pastry chef and a television personality.  He is the owner of the famous Charm Cakes and Charm City Cake West. In his early stages of life, he was a graffiti artist. He expressed his creativity through outlandish cakes for his clients. His work has also been featured in the Food Network Challenge. Goldman has also created cakes for a number of celebrities including a cake for former President Obama’s ball inauguration ball in 2013.

Goldman’s career took off because he and his team never tried to fit in the traditional baking mold. They make humongous cakes as large as full size cars.

 

Pooja Dingra

Pooja Dingra known as the ‘Macaron Queen’ is an Indian Pastry Chef and Businesswoman. She is born in a family with culinary interests. Dingra learnt the art of baking from her mother. After quitting law, she switched careers to attend a hospitality and management courses at the Cesar Ritz School in Le Bouveret, Switzerland. Three years later, started training at the Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.

 She opened her first macaron store in India in 2010 and is the owner of the bakery chain Le15 Patisserie that specializes in macarons and a host of French desserts. She was selected by Forbes India for their ’30 under 30’ achievers list for 2014 and the Forbes 30 under 30 Asia list. Pooja Dingra’s aim was to create Parisian styled culinary experiences in India.

 

Kirsten Tibballs

Born in Australia, Kirsten Tibballs is the most celebrated Pastry Chef and Chocolatier internationally. Tibballs has represented Australia in the world championships and as a judge for global competitions.  She is also referred to as the “Queen of Chocolates” due to her significant contribution in the chocolate industry. With a massive following on social media, she is recognized as the best in the world for her handmade chocolates.

Pierre Herme

Pierre Herme is a prolific French pastry chef and chocolatier. Herme was awarded with the title of World’s Best Pastry Chef in 2016 and as the 4th most influential French person in the world by Vanity Fair in 2016. Pierre Herme invented his own unique world of tastes, sensations and pleasures as an original approach to the profession of pastry chef.

Herme was the youngest person to be named France’s Pastry Chef of the year.

 

Dominique Ansel

Born in 1978, Dominique Ansel is a French born pastry chef and owner of Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York City. Moving to Paris at the age of 20, he had fallen in love with the baker’s art. Since its opening in November 2011, the chef became well-known for his signature ‘CRONUT’. Ansel’s other creations like the cookie shot, frozen smore’s are to die for. He was named the World’s Best Pastry Chef by the World’s 50 Best Restaurants awards, making him the youngest and only U.S- based chef to be awarded the honor.
