  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 ½ cup soaked Quinoa
  • 1 ½ cup of soaked and boiled Black Beans
  • Cumin Lime Dressing
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp grated carrot
  • 2 small garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
