The Resort

The deluxe room that comes with a balcony and a view
The Garden Rooms
The Private Sit-out of the Garden Room

The boutique spa resort is an ancient palace spread across ground floor and first floor. Despite being a single floor resort, they have a lift for senior citizens and differently-abled people. The entire structure adds to the rustic nature. Fourteen well appointed rooms adorned with state-of-the-art amenities are at one’s disposal. The Deluxe room is our favorite since it’s spacious, has a huge balcony overlooking the mountains. The other options are standard rooms and garden rooms that come with a private sit out.

The Spa and Open to Sky Pool

The open to sky pool

Activities at The Resort

The Amphitheater that also doubles up as bon fire area

The resort boasts of an amphitheater which also doubles up as bon fire area for acoustic nights. One could just gaze at those million glittering stars pricking the velvet black sky under moonlight. The property also houses an indoor games arena equipped with table tennis and carom. Flaunt your skills at painting because the resort also provides with canvas to the art lovers.

Despite being surrounded by numerous plants; we kid you not when we say we couldn’t spot even a single mosquito or insect at the entire property. Courtesy, the herbal garden that houses an Odomos plant that acts as a repellent. Besides, the herbal garden also houses plants such as Tulsi, Rose Mary and other medicinal plants.

The artificial pond lined by flowering plants and a jogging track

An artificial fish pond is cultivated on the other side of the resort that also houses a variety of flowering plants. A small jogging track has been cultivated along the circumference of the pond for fitness enthusiasts. For the early risers, the resort is a treat to the eye. Watch the sun rise from between two mountains; spot the shimmering fire ball spitting golden waves of fire illuminating the resort and let it elevate its beauty. The freshness of the dew drops sprawled across the lush green lawns, call for a bare foot walk holding the finger of the nature.

The outdoor deck with a perennial stream flowing beneath

The highlight though of your stay would be the beautiful outdoor deck perched on an elevation providing a breathtaking view of the scenic mountains. Beneath the wooden deck flows a perennial tributary that is a home to various species of fishes, turtles and at times cranes and ducks too. The chirping of the visitors at the deck in the evening, leaves one in ecstasy. One could spot variety of birds from parrots to kingfisher but the cooing of the cuckoo soothes one mentally. During our stay at the property we looked forward to sipping our evening chai at the deck with the setting sun as the backdrop. One could choose their choice of tea from the tea lounge in the living area of the property. The coffee geeks too can pick their poison from the modest variety. The tea lounge comes equipped with a library.
