Super foods are generally foods which are high on their nutritional value and even aids in curing medical health. Consuming foods that are packed with nutrients helps to maintain the physique as well is great for the mental health.

Whether its brain boosting blueberries or cancer fighting broccoli, these super- foods aren’t just great for your heath but are delectable also. They can solve almost everything right from curing a disease to speed up weight loss.

Research has shown that the ideal diet is the one which is largely plant based with a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, grains and healthy animal meat.
